One lucky winner will be chosen on Tuesday May 24th, winner will be chosen by random.org.

Now on to my project...

When I thought about what I what to do for the hop, I had tons of different ideas and then I finally decided to do a baseball layout.

This is my daughter's 4th year playing baseball and she really loves it. Her team is called the "Hot Tamales" and the team colors are purple and black. She has played T-Ball, 2 years of Coach Pitch and this is her 1st year playing Fastpitch. I think her favorite spot to play is 1st base. She has been in a different position this year where she backs up the girl on first base. She does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! She plays the position very well. She has a love of playing baseball and she gets from her dad :) It is nice that she even gets to play at the same complex as her dad did when he was in High School. It doesn't seem like it was that long ago that I would go watch his Varsity games there. This is the first year she has gotten the chance to play at this complex.

Rebecca I Love You! You are an awesome baseball player! :)

This is my son's first year of playing T-Ball. His team is the "Bobcats" and his team colors are Royal Blue and Black.  He is doing very well and likes it a lot! His favorite thing to do is hit the ball!!! I wasn't sure if he would like playing baseball or not because he loves his video games ;) But he is having lots of fun!!! He also is lucky enough to be able to play at the same complex as his dad and sister. So this year is quite special. I hope to get a layout done that will have all three of them on it and a picture of the sign of the complex as well!

Douglas I Love You! You are an awesome baseball player! :)

I wanted to make a pop up card but didn't find the particular tutorial I was looking for online. SO why searching I found a few tutorials for spinner cards so I decided to make them instead.
I watch a great video of Michelle's on Youtube, here is her blog Scrappin with my bug.

I also looked at some tutorials on Splitcoast Stampers, here is a link to their tutorial
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/spinner_card/.

I wanted to enter the challenge over at Creative Critterz Imaginations. It was for a Mother's Day project using the Imagine.

This was the first time I have used my Imagine in a while as I broke my foot 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to do much. So any crafts have been on my baby bug working from my couch.
Of course I paid the price today for being on my foot SO LONG yesterday but at least I had some beautiful cards to show for it!

Thanks for stopping by!

I will be posting the winners of the Happily Ever After Blog Hop tomorrow.

Now on to my project....

This image was the first thing that came to mind when I signed up to do this hop! I wanted to make this card for my sister Vanessa's wedding. She got married last August and of course I put it off until the last minute, she lives a different state and I wasn't going to be able to make it to the wedding so I figure I would just get the card mailed later... She came to town for a reception in September and I swore I was going to get it done then but it didn't happen... I was also going to make an Awesome cake for their reception! It was going to be a very large cake and I was going to use the Cricut Cake to make a barn and lots of animals since they live on a farm. Well baking the cakes took WAY MORE TIME then I thought it would, so I spend an entire 2 days baking. Then I had to start frosting everything which TOOK FOREVER!!!  I was SO disappointed that I wasn't getting anything done like I wanted it to be. We were a little late to the reception (for me that is normal ;) ) So I ended up with 3 very large cakes frosted in white...Nothing else got finished so of course I was in tears because I was so mad at myself for everything taking so long. So I asked them to just cut up the cake in the kitchen and just put it out on the tables... Everyone LOVED the cake, but I was still feeling really bad about it and still do. Then everyone that came up to compliment me on how delicious it was got the story of what it was supposed to look like!!! GRRR....It still makes me mad just writing about it...
So since I never had time to finish the card because of the cake. I decided I would make her card for this hop that way I could at least say I finished that!!!

Sorry Vanessa and JR , maybe on one of your anniversaries I can make the cake I had all planned out in my head!!! Thank goodness you had a real reception after your wedding in August so at least you had a cake to cut together then!

Sorry for all the rambling.... Here is the card I created! Which I will get in the mail this week, I promise!!!

Supplies:
White, black, blue, yellow, pink, peach and brown cardstock
Diamond Stickles (of course!)
Martha Stewart border punch
Disney-Happily Ever After cartridge
Gypsy
Cricut
ATG gun
Zig two way pen

Now on to my project....

I decided to make my husband an anniversary card for today's project. In a little over a month we will have been married for 13 years!!! I love him very much and I am so glad we are together. We starting dating our Junior year in High School (so we got to go to the Jr. and Sr. Prom together which was cool..) and got married 1 year after graduation. We now have 4 wonderful children.  I am very much a person that needs a card on special occasions but my husband does not. So instead of buying him one at the store I have been making them for him the last few years. So here is the card I made for our anniversary... and shockingly it is ready before our anniversary!!! :)

Supplies:
White and black cardstock
Blue Patterned paper- K& Company
Stampin' Up markers- Stampin' Up
Digi Stamp- "Marry Me... Bella" Pixie Dust Studio
Martha Stewart Border Punch
Pink, Blue and Diamond Stickles
Tag shape- Once Upon A Princess Cartridge

Now on to my project....

I decided to make a card for my parents for Day 2.

My parents were Sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple a long time ago :)  So I was so happy when Provo Craft came out with a religion cartridge that has a lot of LDS (Latter Day Saints (Mormons) ) sayings and images. As well as other religions. It will be great to use this cartridge for all sorts of church things and activities.

In our church ( The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons) ) when you are married or Sealed  in the Temple you are married for Eternity, not just here on Earth. That is why I added the phrase "Families Are Forever"

Here is my very simple but beautiful project:

Supplies:
White and black cardstock
Diamond, silver and gold stickles
Gypsy
Cricut
"Families are Forever"- Just Because cards cartridge
Temple- Inspired Hearts cartridge

Thanks for stopping by!
I will see you back for Day 3 Tomorrow.

(Winners will be picked using Random.org... winners will be posted on Friday May 6th)

Now on to my project!

I am really loving the way my project turned out. I was originally going to just make a card using the "Royal Couple" digi stamp ( this stamp can be found at Pixie Dust Studios)http://www.pixieduststudio.net/category_43/British-Invasion.htm, but then decided to do something different with it.  My daughter Rebecca  who is 9 years old and I have been watching TLC all week long for their "Royal Wedding Week " , of course she was in bed while I stayed up to watch the Royal Wedding take place. My daughter Emma was awake for most of it as she is 1 years old and decided she needed to be awake at that time :)

I wanted to make a book that my daughters could add to over the years. I remember watching a bunch of shows like "Friends" and other shows were the girl has a big wedding book of how she wants her wedding to be like when she does actually get married! :) So I figured I would make one that both my girls could add to.

I decided to use the Royal couple on the front especially since it took place when I was making this book for them. Of course I had colored the image before I watched the wedding so that is why Prince William was colored in with Blue instead of the Red he was wearing for the actual event :) Plus the phrase "Someday My Prince Will Come"  fit perfectly for the image and this book!

I hope they will enjoy adding to it over the years. I added a pocket inside the front and back cover for them to put things in as well.

Inside cover

Supplies:
Spiral Notebook
Ribbon-Essentials (Joanns)
Gypsy
Cricut
ATG gun
Xyron
"Royal Couple" digi stamp-Pixie Dust Studio
Stampin' Up Markers- Stampin' Up
Martha Stewart Border punch
"Someday My Prince Will Come" -Baby Steps cartridge (letters welded on the Gypsy)
