Hi Everyone,
Kich in the 1920's is the newest collection from Kich N Bleus Designs. You can buy the collection now in the Kich N Bleus Designs Store.
I think this collection is totally cute and loved working on this image. Kich's fan that she is holding made me want to make small rosettes to go on the card. I wanted to do black and white ones to go with the background and to match her red hot dress ;) They have some good tutorials on YouTube for making rosettes. It only takes a little bit of paper which is awesome! These ones were made with 1/2" strips. I glued two 1/2" x 5" strips together to make it black and white. Then scored it every 1/4" and folded in and out on the score lines. I then glue the ends together to form a circle. Then I cut out a 1" circle and put hot glue on it and pressed the folds together and flat on the hot glue and held it down for a little bit and then added some more glue and added my button to the top.
I had a lot of fun making this adorable card ! :) Please be sure and check out the rest of the Ladies work at http://www.kichnbleusdesigns.com/.
