Welcome to Felicity's Be A Blessing Blog Hop!!
Today we are celebrating a very special little girl's first birthday. She has had a difficult fight this past year and we felt what better way to celebrate her life than have a blog hop!
Felicity has touched many lives even though she is not even one yet. Every day she makes therapists, doctors, and even her family smile.
The purpose of this hop is to be a blessing. So the way to win our blog candy will be for you to be a blessing to someone around you. Then photograph how you have been a blessing with either a craft project or taking a meal to someone, etc. Share it with us and that gives you an extra entry besides leaving comments on all the hop stops.
If you arrived from Beth's Blog then you are in the right place. If not please go back to the beginning at Shawnee's blog and make sure you don't miss all the amazing ways my friends have chosen to bless others.
Blog candy for this hop is one paper pack and April Showers Cricut Cartridge.
There are two ways to earn blog candy
1. Leave a comment on each blog
2. Come back and post how you blessed someone else with a link.
3. Tweet/Facebook about the blog hop
Thank you Shawnee for letting me participate in this awesome hop for the cutest baby ever :)
I am so excited for today's hop!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Felicity when she was in town!!! She is SO SUPER ADORABLE!!!
I knew immediately what I wanted to do for my project. I wanted to make a cup for Shawnee (Felicity's Mom) who I swear tucks in her cape...because she is WONDER WOMAN... I wanted to make her a cup with all her kids on it :) This was actually my first vinyl project using the Cameo and my first time using outdoor vinyl. I cut out all the names and hearts and used blue painter's tape to transfer them onto the cup! I then added some tissue paper and filled the cup with Shawnee's favorite candy (Snickers).
The front says: Shawnee's Sweethearts
The Back has all her kids names on it. :)
(Sorry I took a lot of pictures so they could all see their name on the cup, but it is just one cup)

Supplies:
Silhouette Cameo
Font: LD Dotty
Tumbler
White, Pink and Silver Outdoor Vinyl
Blue painters tape
Please leave a comment below for a chance to win a $5 Jaded Blossom Gift Certificate from me. You have until Thursday May 2nd to enter. (one winner will be chosen using Random.org)

ReplyDeleteAwww, how sweet it is for you to honor Shawnee on the birthday of her baby, Felicity. Your cup is super-sweet, and I know she'll appreciate having it, as much as the kids will get a kick out of seeing their names in Mom's loving hands! It was very nice of you to do -- you're quite a blessing! xoxoxo
