But leisure at each port and enjoy where you are!
Here at my port we're in:
DISNEYLAND!!!
It was super easy to choose my destination for this fabulous hop! As my family will be going to DISNEYLAND in 1 month!!! :) I have so much to prepare before the trip!
My first project I will show you is the countdown calendar I made for my daughter. I am making one for my boys also but haven't finished them yet :( I will be making Mickey for one of them and The Genie for the other one. :)
Here is my daughter's calendar, I used the DCWV Chalkboard paper so she can change the day everyday. I printed the words using the Imagine. I was going to add a border along the edge but my daughter wanted to just leave it the way it was :)
Supplies:
Cardstock
ATG gun
Zig Two Way glue
Cricut Craft Room
Cricut Expression and Cricut Imagine
Mickey and Friends and Mickey Font Cartridges
DCWV Chalkboard Stack
Blue Chalk
For my next project I wanted to make a few shirts for everyone to wear on our trip. So I will be showing you the first one I have made, it is for my daughter. She LOVES Donald Duck but there aren't very many shirts of Donald Duck in girls sizes.
after printing it out on my Imagine
Here is her shirt..
a closer view :)
Supplies:
Iron On Transfer Paper
Cricut Craft Room
Cricut Imagine
Mickey and Friends Cartridge
shirt
I created this using the Cricut Craft room and printed it on my Cricut Imagine. It took some time to do, as I had to piece everything together and some parts come as two so I had to hide some and resize some. Then finally I had it all done and then realized that I still had to flip the design since I was printing it on an Iron On transfer, so then I had to move some things around again :) I than printed it out using the Imagine and after letting it dry I cut it out and then ironed it on a white shirt.
I want to dress up the white shirt a bit so I am going to get some blue and yellow ribbons to tie on the sleeves :) I remember people used to do that a few years ago. I haven't got the ribbons yet as I want to find the ones that match my daughters bow :)
I bought this bow from one of my good friends I met on Facebook. I just told her what I wanted it to look like and she made it PERFECTLY! :) She makes FABULOUS bows! She is the only one I buy my bows from :)
Here is her Facebook page if you want to take a look

Great projects, I love the t-shirt!!!!TFS
ReplyDeleteBoth your projects are GREAT! I've got a question re:the Imagine...I've got mine & have used it for stuff but I'm not good at picking the exact colors. I've seen people post the RGB codes but IDK how to use those. Is that how you got the right colors for Donald Duck & if so, where do you input them to get the colors you are wanting? Do you have a link to the RGB color chart that you used? Thx so much! I'm still learning the in's and out's of my Imagine and I've not used the craft room with it.
ReplyDeleteIt is a pleasure being in this hop with you.
